 Mix all the base ingredients and make a ball using your hands. Let it rest covered for 20 min. Preheat oven at 250º and spread some oil into an oven tray. With your hands extend the base over the oven tray and give it the shape your prefer. Extend well so you get a thin base. Spread the tomato sauce. Cook in the oven for 10 min at 220º.

Once the base is ready add the topping ingredients. Pour a bit of olive oil on top.
